Introducing Continuous Enrollment!

YVCS Families:

Great news!  Here is a brief admissions update for those of you who were unable to attend the Townhall meeting at Crossroads Covenant Church last night, January 31st, 2017.

Starting with the 2017-2018 school year, YVCS will be adopting a Continuous Enrollment strategy which means we will not be asking you as parents to complete any online forms or submit any unnecessary paperwork.  We hope this makes the process easier for all of our families as it also saves time and effort to the admissions team.

Here is a quick outline of what returning families will need to do to secure your student(s) enrollment seat for the 2017-2018 school year:

A) Pay a registration fee of $100.00 per student by 2/15/2017.  Late fee of $50.00 if paid after 2/15/2017.

B) Pay a consumables fee of $275.00 per student by 4/15/2017.  This fee is not refundable after 6/1/2017.

You may only pay these fees via cash or check in our school office during office hours.  Our school office closes at 3:30 P.M. every day.

Additionally, the Tuition & Fees schedule for 2017-2018 is on our website.  You will see it reflects a nominal tuition fee increase.  Our 2nd sibling discount & tuition fee for 3rd sibling saw no change. We continue to offer tuition free education to the 4th child in a family.
